I’m so glad to be returning to film at National Showcase again this year! Thank you to everyone who made last year so memorable. It is always a pleasure to work with skaters and help them preserve their routines in a stylistic, fun, and immersive way.

📖 A guide to filming with On Ice Perspectives at Showcase Nationals

I will be filming on certain spotlight practice sessions (listed as “OPI: Spotlight” on EMS). If you sign up through my form above, when your music is played, I’ll be on the ice with you! My goal is to film you perform your routine exactly as you intend to do it in competition (just from a more immersive angle). That means I’ll stay out of your way; it’s your practice session after all!  

Compared to last year, I am making three changes: 1) I'm removing last year's limit of two filming sessions per skater, so you may now book as many as you would like. 2) I've increased my price by $10, so now it's $105 per filming if you book by August 1st, and $125 if booked after August 1st. 3) This year I’m focused on delivering videos in only widescreen format, suitable for larger screens, instead of delivering both a widescreen and vertical version like last year.

📋 How to Order Your Video

1. First, make sure you’ve already purchased an "OPI: Spotlight" practice session on EMS that falls within one of time windows listed below (under 📆 My Filming Availability). Pay close attention to the rink number, time, and event code, as they will have to match your Official Practice Ice order exactly.

2. Fill out the On Ice Perspectives Nationals Showcase Order Form (the button above). Choose the specific Spotlight Practice session you’d like me to film you on. To be filmed more than once, simply submit the form multiple times.

4. Send payment via Zelle or Venmo (more instructions will be on the form) and be sure to include the skater’s full name and the session code(s) in the memo, so I can track your payment.

5. After filming, I’ll process your video(s) and send you a download link within two weeks. The link will stay active for 6 months, so I encourage you to save the files to a computer or photo library.
